Office History

Interface Aesthetic Surgery was established in 1998 by our partnering company Ophthalmic Plastic Surgery.   Ophthalmic Plastic Surgery was established in 1989.

Interface was started by four oculofacial plastic and reconstructive surgeons with a primary focus on specializing in the face and eyes and has grown to five physicians, a nurse practitioner and an esthetician. 

Our main location is located at 201 Pennsylvania Parkway, Indianapolis, IN 46280, near Carmel and we have 13 other locations throughout the state of Indiana.
